Easily the most towering twin homage to tumescence, the San Remo in NYC is the epitome of prewar awesomeness. Loads of famous prewar aficionados rest their weaves here including Demi Moore and Steven Spielberg. The late, great Steve Jobs also had a place too.
Speaking of fab neighbors, not only could one re-stage scenes from king kong in those towers, you could get your neighbor, Bono to score the whole thing (he has lived here for a while).
I personally like it because word on the street is that its board has a reputation for lenient admission standards compared to the old coots and “See you next Tuesdays” across the park.
Lord knows I do not need some dowager Aunt Fanny calling the cops and interrupting my annual drunken 50-person screening of “Best Little Whorehouse in Texas (complete with costumes).
